MORAN ROCKS LLC was contacted by an investor from New York looking to buy a portion of a business in Riviera Beach. The investor wanted to get a better sense of the environmental risks he would be exposing himself to as an owner of this business and it was determined that the best path forward was a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). MORAN ROCKS personnel conducted the Phase I ESA which included the standard historical documents and regulatory documents search as well as review of historical photos, owner interviews, and site visit.

MORAN ROCKS went the extra mile to investigate the history of this property to ensure not only that the report met the ASTM standard, but additionally met the comfort levels of the client to ensure that they felt the assessment did its part to protect the client from liability.
