The FDEP Field Work Notice Map aggregates real-time notice data from across all 67 Florida counties, providing a single, easy-to-use interface to track where state-funded petroleum contamination cleanup activity is taking place.
Field Work Notifications are official FDEP notices that signal active contractor mobilization at contaminated petroleum sites — typically former gas stations, fuel storage facilities, and industrial properties. These notices are generated as part of Florida’s PRP, a publicly funded program that reimburses eligible site cleanups using state petroleum trust dollars. Until now, tracking this activity required manually navigating multiple agency portals and downloading individual regulatory files.
